Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
